Acupuncture is an ancient form of Chinese medicine involving the insertion of needles at specific points of the body to achieve a therapeutic effect.

It is used to:

• encourage healing
• improve mood and energy
• reduce or relieve pain

What can you expect?

After educating the client on acupuncture and obtaining written consent, your therapist will insert needles into specific acupuncture points on your body. During an acupuncture session, the needles will remain inserted for 10 to 20 minutes and are then removed.
